1. Seller

2. Orders and the contract

• ·You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent’s or guardian’s consent, to order.
• ·Before you pay, checkout shows the products, total price including VAT, delivery cost and payment options, and lets you correct mistakes.
• ·The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if you have paid, we refund you in full.
• ·If a product is marked as a pre-order, the expected dispatch date is shown before you order.

3. Prices and payment

• ·Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The delivery cost is shown at checkout.
• ·You can pay by card, bank link or other methods via our payment providers (Stripe, Mollie), in instalments with Modena (subject to their approval and terms), or by bank transfer.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver within Estonia with DPD (parcel machine or courier), usually in 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. Delivery options and costs are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Risk passes to you when you or a person you name receives the parcel.

5. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. How to do this, return costs, the hygiene exception for opened sealed cosmetics, and refunds are explained on our Delivery & Returns page (rianaturals.eu/en/returns), which forms part of these terms.

6. Faulty goods and legal guarantee

If a product is faulty or not as described, you have the rights given by law, including repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. You can make a claim for defects that appear within two years of delivery. Please tell us within two months of discovering a defect, at info@rianaturals.eu, with your order number and a photo.

7. Using our products

• ·Our products are cosmetics for external use, made in line with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. They are not medicines.
• ·Read the ingredient list before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin, and do a patch test first.
• ·Stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical care, ask your doctor before using essential oils.

8. Liability

We are liable for loss caused by our breach of contract as provided by law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for intent, gross negligence or harm to life and health.

9. Our content

The Ria Naturals name, logo, photographs and texts on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused commercially without our written permission.

10. Personal data

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy (rianaturals.eu/en/privacy).

11. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at info@rianaturals.eu; we answer complaints within 15 days.

If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (www.ttja.ee), free of charge, or to the consumer authority or courts of your own EU country.

These terms are governed by Estonian law. This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
