Your 14-day right to withdraw

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.

To withdraw, tell us before the 14 days are up by emailing info@rianaturals.eu with your name, order number and the products you are returning. A simple statement is enough, for example: "I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following goods: …, ordered on …, received on …". We will confirm by email and send you the return address.

Sending your order back

• ·Send the products back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.
• ·You pay the cost of returning the products.
• ·For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetics cannot be returned once the seal or protective packaging has been opened after delivery.
• ·You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the products more than needed to check what they are and how they work.

Refunds

We refund the full price, including the original delivery cost (up to the cost of the cheapest delivery option), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait to refund until the products are back with us or you have shown us proof of sending them, whichever comes first. The refund is made to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, email info@rianaturals.eu with your order number and a photo. We will replace or refund it and cover any return costs. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer, which apply for two years from delivery.
