The skin barrier completes a full cell-turnover cycle every 14 to 28 days. Week 1

Barrier Rebuild & Hydration Prime

  1. Day 1

    Reset the surface

    Morning

    Evening

    Cleanse with the Seaweed Gentle Foaming Cleanser for 30 seconds, no longer. Re-apply serum + cream. Sleep on a clean pillowcase.

    If your skin stings, you are over-exfoliated. Skip all actives for 3 days and let the cream do the work.

  2. Day 2

    Layer & lock

    Morning

    Cleanser → Serum (5 drops) → Restore Cream. Massage in upward circles for 40 seconds - this lymphatic press kicks puffiness within minutes.

    Evening

    Same as morning. End by pressing palms over the cheeks for 10 seconds to drive product into the stratum corneum.

  3. Day 3

    First mask

    Morning

    Cleanser → Serum → Cream. Drink 500 ml of water within an hour of waking - hydration is half the ritual.

    Evening

    Apply the Seaweed Detox Face Mask for 8 minutes. Rinse, follow with serum + cream. The kaolin-bentonite blend lifts the surface; the cream restores it.

  4. Day 7

    Mid-program audit

    Morning

    Full ritual. Take a clean, makeup-free photo in natural light - you will use this for the Day 14 comparison.

    Evening

    Mask night #2. After rinsing, apply the Glow Face Oil before bed in place of the cream. Two pumps, pressed (not rubbed) into the cheeks and forehead.

    Most people report visible redness reduction by Day 7. If you do not, push fluids and dial cleansing back to once daily.

Week 2

  2. Day 10

    Evening

    Detox Mask for 8 minutes. After rinsing: Serum → Oil. Use a gua sha or chilled spoons along the jaw for 60 seconds.

    The mid-program redness flush should be visibly subsiding. Trust the process.

  3. Day 14

    Capture the reset

    Morning

    Full ritual. Photograph your skin in the same natural light as Day 7. Compare side-by-side - note tone, redness, surface texture.

    Evening

    Cleanser → Serum → Cream → Oil. Light a candle, lower the lights - protocol complete.
